Initiate Your Request
Log in to your PRISM account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Device
Perform a factory reset to remove all personal data and securely pack the electronics in their original box to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to PRISM
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
